Seg\u00fan un relevamiento del Ceso, el precio medio para el alquiler de las unidades de un ambient es de $380.000. En tanto, el de los departamentos de dos ambientes es de $490.000 y el de tres ambientes, de $650.000. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En junio, los precios de oferta de alquileres de departamentos de 1, 2 y 3 ambientes<\/strong> registraron aumentos interanuales de 36%, 29% y 33%<\/strong>, respectivamente, seg\u00fan un informe difundido por el Centro de Estudios Scalabrini Ortiz (Ceso).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el relevamiento, \u201calquilar sigue siendo un desaf\u00edo para los sectores de menores ingresos, ya que en junio el salario m\u00ednimo no alcanz\u00f3 para cubrir el costo de un monoambiente<\/strong> promedio y un jubilado con el haber m\u00ednimo debi\u00f3 destinar cerca del 80% de sus ingresos al pago del alquiler<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con respecto a mayo, los monoambientes subieron 2,7% y los departamentos de 3 ambientes 4,3%, mientras que los de 2 ambientes se mantuvieron en el mismo precio.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, el precio medio de los monoambientes en alquiler es de $380.000, el de los departamentos de dos ambientes es de $490.000 y el de tres ambientes, de $650.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El informe del Ceso precis\u00f3 que el Salario M\u00ednimo, Vital y M\u00f3vil ($367.800) est\u00e1 por debajo del alquiler de un monoambiente y solo alcanza para cubrir el 96,8%<\/strong> del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El \u00cdndice para Contratos de Locaci\u00f3n, publicado por el Banco Central de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina, muestra un incremento interanual de 31,9% al primer d\u00eda h\u00e1bil de junio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
